Hello – I’m Tony Bosworth.
I have the honour of being the current President of the YSG and it is my pleasure to introduce you to the Group.
YSG was founded in 1984 to promote the study of the stamps and postal history of Yugoslavia, its predecessor and successor states. The YSG is a relatively young society with about 80 members world wide — even as far away as Japan. Our quarterly A4-sized Journal, Jugopošta, is the principal means of communication between members.
Yugoslavia is an exciting area to collect because, over the years, the region has had many political masters and there have been numerous wars and occupations; this all adds to the excitement of the collecting interest!!
